Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Authorization & Final Capture

By booking a companionship service through LADAXI, you (the "Client") agree to a pre-authorization of funds on your selected payment method at the time of booking. This is a temporary hold to verify the availability of funds. You acknowledge and agree that the final payment will be captured and processed via the App at the conclusion of the meeting.

 2. Finality of Service and "No Refund" Policy

Because companionship is an intangible, time-based service, all payments are considered Final and Non-Refundable once the meeting has commenced.

  • Service Satisfaction: By authorizing the final transaction at the end of the meeting, you explicitly confirm that the services were rendered to your satisfaction and waive any right to a refund.

  • Subjective Claims: Refunds will not be issued based on subjective criteria, including but not limited to: personal chemistry, physical appearance, or "change of mind" after the meeting has started.

3. Mandatory Final Capture Clause

The App provides a manual interface for you to confirm the final payment at the end of a session. However, your failure to manually "confirm" or "trigger" the payment does not exempt you from your financial obligation.

  • Automatic Capture: If a meeting has occurred and you fail to manually finalize the transaction within 1 hour of the scheduled end time, LADAXI reserves the irrevocable right to automatically capture the pre-authorized funds.

  • Proof of Service: In the event of an automatic capture, LADAXI will utilize GPS location data, in-app communication logs, and the initial digital authorization as "Proof of Service" to verify the meeting took place.

4. Cancellations and No-Show Fees

  • Client No-Show: If the Companion arrives at the designated location and the Client fails to appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the full pre-authorized amount will be captured as a non-refundable No-Show Fee.

  • Early Termination: If a meeting is terminated early by the Client for any reason, the full amount of the original booking remains due and will be captured in full.

5. Chargeback Prevention and Fraud

LADAXI maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent chargebacks.

  • Dispute Protocol: Any dissatisfaction must be reported to LADAXI Support during the meeting or before the final payment is captured.

  • Consequences of Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback for a service that was pre-authorized and successfully rendered, your account will be permanently banned, and your details may be reported to high-risk merchant "negative lists." We will contest all chargebacks by providing the processor with your digital signature, GPS verification, and timestamped logs.

6. Technical Errors

In the event of a verified technical error (such as a duplicate charge), please contact [support@ladaxi.com] within 24 hours. Valid technical discrepancies will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
