Ladaxi, LLC (“Ladaxi,” “we”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application (“App”) and related services. This Policy applies to all users of the Ladaxi mobile app and related services.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the App effectively.
Account Information: Information you provide when creating your account, including your name, email address, profile photos, and any additional details you choose to share.
Communications: Messages exchanged between users through the in-app messaging system.
Location Data: Only when you grant permission, to help find or confirm meeting venues. Location is shared with other users only when both parties agree to a meeting. Location data is stored temporarily for this purpose and deleted after the meeting is completed.
Financial Information: Handled exclusively by our third-party processor, PayPal.
Device Permissions: If you grant permission, we may access camera, microphone, or other device features necessary to operate the App or provide App functionality.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist us with App operations, security, or technical support.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information solely to:
Provide and maintain the App and its features.
Facilitate communication between clients and companions.
Ensure user safety and compliance with our Terms of Service.

These measures include secure cloud hosting, access controls that limit who can view or manage user data, regular security reviews, and device-level protections for systems used to manage the app.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where feasible. We regularly review and update security practices.
6. Geo-Location Information
If you grant permission, we may collect location-based information from your mobile device to provide location-based services.
You can disable location access at any time in your device’s settings. Location is shared with other users only when both parties agree to a meeting.
Location data is deleted after the meeting is completed.
7. Children’s Policy
Ladaxi is for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a user under 18, we will remove their data and suspend the account.
8. Disclosure by Law
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Ladaxi or others.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@ladaxi.com.
10. Cookies and Tracking
Ladaxi does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies for advertising or profiling.

Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
